Roakus-E installs air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps in Flanders and makes sure the electrical installation, the control and the link to your solar panels are right. Which heat pump suits your home
An air-to-air heat pump is in effect an air conditioner with a strong heating function. It is quick to install, affordable and suited to homes without radiators or as supplementary heating. An air-to-water heat pump connects to your radiators or underfloor heating and replaces your gas boiler completely. It needs a well insulated home and low-temperature emitters to run efficiently.
We tell you honestly what suits your home. If the insulation is not up to standard yet, we advise you to start there.
Electrical connection and control
A heat pump needs its own circuit in the fuse box and often an upgrade of the connection. As electricians we arrange that in the same project. If you have solar panels or a home battery, we set the control so the heat pump runs on your own electricity by preference.

Is my home suitable for a heat pump?
An air-to-air heat pump fits almost anywhere. For an air-to-water heat pump the home must be well insulated and preferably have underfloor heating or large radiators. We assess that at the site visit.
What does a heat pump cost?
The price depends on the type (air-to-air or air-to-water), the capacity, the brand and the adaptations to your home and connection. After the site visit you receive a fixed price in the quote.
Does my connection need upgrading?
Often, for an air-to-water heat pump. We assess that in advance and arrange the application with Fluvius.
